Evidentially there was some sort of recent birthday.

Now, I'm sure the tradition wherever you're from is to celebrate said occasion on the date it occurs, which is all nice and quaint and traditional, certainly, but in my world we don't find out until later and hastily cobble together good wishes. That's my personal tradition and it has a long and glorious history. You can look it up.

Anyway.

I wish I could say some kind of incredibly clever thing that would live up to the cleverness of the fellow-whose-birthday-it-actually-isn't. Instead, I will play to my strengths and say something ridiculous:
