Dec. 25th, 2006 07:36 amSO APPARENTLY I MANAGED TO REPETETIVELY STRAIN MY RIGHT HAND TO THE POINT OF INJURY
OW
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU TOO, COPOREAL BODY.
I'm typing this with my left hand and still making a fairly decent turn of speed. Unfortunately this will make it hard to wish you good cheer and seasonable greetings, but here they are anyway. In my backwards early-bird country it's early morning on December twenty-fifth, a beautiful summer's day, and I am appropriately merry, I'm fairly certain. I hope you are too.
May the year be a fabulous one, and no one try to eat the fruitcake.
I am considering link-gifts for the flist as they are cheap! Suggestions?

Date: 2006-12-25 04:20 am (UTC)HOW DID YOU STRAIN YOUR HAND, THAT IS DUMB. NOW HOW WILL YOU OPEN PRESENTS THIS WAY? Did you strain it trying to cut the fruitcake and/or throw it away? Because I hear it can be deadly. BUT FOR SERIOUS, I'm glad it hasn't done anything to dampen your Christmas merriness! And hope it becomes unstrained soon!
I always like good fanart, or music, or, you know, anything that you happen to think is neat will probably be fine. I'm relatively easy to please!

Date: 2006-12-25 06:36 am (UTC)I know what I'm going to give you! Hee. And Merry Jesusmas. We've done all our usual celebrations - OMG so many awesome presents - and going to Mass and the what-not. I am glad to tell you I had no difficulty with the paper. (I'd like to talk to you about Thief and I will do so once I get my robo-claw fitted. Or, you know, heal. HAH HAH YES THE APARTMENT WITH THE POSTER AND DID YOU NOTICE, A SHELF FULL OF BOOKS? I WONDER WHAT HE READS.)

Date: 2006-12-26 08:06 am (UTC)I look forward to hearing about your haul of presents! (I want you to talk to me about Thief too! It's very exciting to have someone else to hee about it with. I NOTICED THE BOOKSHELF. I am so, so curious what they're about, too. Maybe some of them are Keeper-related? Seriously, his apartment is what made me really start liking Garrett. I spent about ten minutes just wandering around, making sure I hadn't missed anything. He has a broom! And two fireplaces! Even if only one of them's lit.)
