I am really, really bored.
I need a roleplay. It's been so long since I actually had fun writing about something and thinking in stories. I hardly draw any more, and I haven't written any real stories, fanfiction or otherwise, for ages. My lurking habits are getting incredibly out of hand, I won't talk to anyone, I won't post, comment or pollvote.
And it's BORING.
Dammit. I need to find a forum to post on somewhere, or a roleplay, or something. Maybe I'll find a n00b one and make their heads explode with correctly typed prose? I hate to admit this, but I have so few friends (not in the least the fact that no one comments on this journal. NO ONE. It's just self-indulgent wankery) that I can't even ask someone to rec me. DAMMIT DAMMIT DAMMIT.
So, here's how it goes. I'm going to find a roleplay somewhere and join, preferably some kind of fantasy/sci-fi thingy.
Pertaining to my drawing - I've actually started drawing Danny Fenton/Phantom a lot lately. Why? Well, the other two male characters I draw are an amoral and deeply untrustworthy thief, and a manifestation of the darkness in the human soul masquerading as a priest. Not that I don't love them both, because I do, but it's kind of nice to draw someone who isn't smiling deviously every now and then. Heck, I've never done a super hero before. I've done pretty much the typical fan thing...drew him once as his human half, then his ghost half, then his evil self. They're okay, I guess, all head/shoulder shots, as is my wont. His ghost half is all upright, with a faint note of heroic pride - his human half is looking nervous because something set off his ghost sense, and his evil half just looks, well, evil. Perhaps I should put them up on DA? Hmmm. Well, I SHOULD start learning to colour digitally...
Also, I need a new artpad. My sister got a tablet, but she's kind of...grabby with it.
Gah, I don't even know why I'm talking any more. WHO WANTS A MUFFIN?
