Superpower: Confound Bureaucracy

nano_mooseI think I rolled a one on my bureaucracy check.
See, after a long and ridiculous battle extending from the month of January to today, I appeared to have finally extracted my youth allowance. The back pay - by now enough to make my student-brain's jaw drop - was supposed to come through yesterday.
It did not.
The reason?
It was too much. It had to be resubmitted and broken up into smaller payments.

This has officially wrapped around from annoying to completely hilarious.
