So it's pretty much a given now that I like snarky thieves, right?
I have finally found what was missing from my previous love, and it is this:
Snarky thieves, snappily dressed, in awesome hats. With grappling hook umbrellas.*
Now you people are going to play the Chzo Mythos games and you are going to like them. (Unless you don't like gore or mindscrew or adventure games or anything like that.) Trust me. They're free and only a couple of megabytes each, and if you're that much of a fraidy-cat there's walkthroughs for all of them online.
5 Days A Stranger: Trilby climbs over the wrong windowsill and into a deathtrap, with four other people. Someone among them is a murderer, but not quite in the way they expect.
7 Days A Skeptic: Almost four hundred years later, there's a spaceship. And the spaceship finds a box that should never be opened. Which is all fine and dandy, until somebody opens it.
Trilby's Notes: Wherever he goes, trouble follows, and the hotel is obviously trouble to begin with. It adds up to a great stinking load of trouble, along with hallucinations, pill-popping, druidic ritual and other wasteful habits.
6 Days A Sacrifice: It all comes together in more ways than one.
*Hah hah, just kidding, Garrett till occupies a disturbingly large part of my headspace. It's just he has to share with a fastidiously-dressed green-eyed gentleman thief who made the unfortunate error of breaking into the wrong house.
I wonder if I can make them fight.
