Again With the Bitter Tears

I now officially want to go to where ever the hell it is that Apple lives and burn down the building, possibly while whooping and howling, and also while dancing and gibbering. Why is it that despite my treating my nano with all the love and respect of some kind of gadget saint, the computer still decides to eat it? Did I kick children in an earlier life?
