THE AUSTRALIAN CINEMATIC RELEASE DATE FOE CORALINE IS NOW IN GODDAMN AUGUST?

DID I DO SOMETHING REALLY UNPLEASANT TO THE DISTRIBUTORS WHILE ON A DRUNKEN BENDER AND THEN JUST FORGOT ABOUT IT? IT WOULD BE QUITE A FEAT CONSIDERING I'VE NEVER BEEN ON A DRUNKEN BENDER IN MY LIFE. DID IT INVOLVE FIRE? SQUIDS? TELL ME SO I CAN DO IT AGAIN ONLY HARDER.

Well. It has to be converted to PAL! Which involves translating it into a lot of languages! BUT THAT'S DVDS AND TV AND AUSTRALIA IS AN ENGLISH SPEAKING COUNTRY so seriously I have no idea, other than that they may want to sync up the advertising with 9, which is also by Focus Features and being released a month after that.

Possibly it is because of all that bread-stealing and throat-slitting we did back in the day?
